Professional Services

SyncDev is a people-intense process. Even an experienced product team that adopts SyncDev will have to develop new personal and team skills to set up customer meetings, conduct meetings, analyze data, take action, use SyncDev tools, and report to business management colleagues. To quickly acquire these skills, teams require coaching and training, much of which is done on the job throughout the four steps. We provide professional services for this purpose. Much of it is for training. Some of it is to facilitate a team’s analysis and decision making based on our extensive experience with diverse teams, products, and markets.
